Yozma questions, answered

Are these street legal?
No. Both Yozma bikes are off-road vehicles, not Class 1, 2 or 3 e-bikes. They are not street legal out of the box and riding them on public roads can mean a ticket or an impound. Trails, tracks and private land.
IN 10 or IN 10 Pro?
The IN 10 at $1,079 is the value pick and the right first e-dirt bike for most adults: 2,600W peak, 40 mph, enough torque to be interesting and not enough to be frightening. Step up to the IN 10 Pro for 5,500W and 50 mph on a 60V pack when your skills have caught up, or if you are heavier and want the headroom.
How is warranty handled?
Yozma covers the part for 1 year; MotorHabit is always your first point of contact. One difference worth knowing up front: on an approved warranty replacement, Yozma makes the customer pay the shipping on the replacement part. Heybike does not. Labor is never covered by either. Report shipping damage within 7 days.
What range will I really get?
Cut the brochure figure by about a third for hard riding. The quick math is watt hours divided by 22 for a fair trail estimate — the IN 10's 48V 23.4Ah pack is about 1,123Wh, so figure 50 easy miles or half that if you are on the throttle.
How does this ship?
Free US shipping over $99. Everything leaves in 1 to 4 business days. Parts go by ground; complete bikes go boxed and insured by freight.
What is the return policy on a bike?
14 days to start a return. Complete bikes carry a 25% restocking fee on a change of mind and return freight at the carrier's actual charge, because that is what the manufacturer charges us. If we shipped the wrong thing or our fitment data was wrong, you pay nothing.
