Do Light Bee X and Ultra Bee share parts?
Less than you would hope. They are separate platforms with separate fitment codes — SLBX and SUB. Some universal items cross over, but harnesses, controllers, bodywork and most brake parts do not. Filter to your frame and the catalog only shows what is stated for it.
I ride a Segway X260 or X160. Is this the right collection?
Largely yes. Segway X260 and X160 map onto the Light Bee X platform for most parts, which is why those codes show up next to SLBX throughout the store. Use the SGX260 or SGX160 filter to see exactly what is stated for your bike.
How fast do these ship?
Slower than the header banner suggests, and we would rather say it here. Most Surron parts on this page are drop-shipped direct from the manufacturer, 8 to 13 business days in transit. GUTS Racing seats are made to order in California, 10 to 20 business days. Every product page carries its own figure.
Is the fitment verified?
For most of these it is the manufacturer's stated fitment, re-parsed by us from their model lists rather than taken from their tags. That is better than what the tags say and short of a bench check, so those products read "per the manufacturer" rather than "verified". A handful are flagged as needing a check and say so.
What if it does not fit?
Send it back. 14 days to start a return on any part, no restocking fee, uninstalled and in its original packaging with the hardware bag unopened. If our fitment data was wrong, we cover the return shipping too — that one is on us, not you.
