How much should I spend on a lock?
Roughly 10% of what the bike cost. It feels like too much until you price the replacement — and an e-bike is a more attractive target than the bicycle it resembles.
What is the single best thing I can do?
Take the battery with you. On most commuters it comes off in seconds, it is the most valuable single component, and without it nobody rides the bike away.
Are trackers worth it?
For recovery, yes; for prevention, no. A tracker gives the police somewhere to go. Hide it somewhere that is not under the saddle, which is the first place anyone looks.
What if it does not fit?
Send it back. 14 days to start a return on any part, no restocking fee, uninstalled and in its original packaging with the hardware bag unopened. If our fitment data was wrong, we cover the return shipping too — that one is on us, not you.

About Locks & Security

What is here. Seven lock and security parts. Two are locks in the usual sense, the Yozma combination bike lock and the Heybike steel cable lock, alongside the Heybike bike steel cable. The other four are locks that live on the bike: the Yozma IN 10 ignition lock set, the Heybike Villain ignition key switch lock, the Anyland Rev ignition lock, and the Heybike battery lock with keys that secures a removable pack.

How riders choose. A bike that gets left outside needs a lock that goes around the frame, and the cable and combination options cover that. An ignition lock set is a repair part, bought when keys are lost or the switch stops turning, and it is specific to the bike it was made for. The battery lock is the piece to replace when a removable pack no longer locks in or the key is gone.

Fitment. Ignition locks and battery locks are tagged to the Yozma, Heybike or Anyland models they were checked against, and the fitment badge on the product card shows that before you open the listing. Cable and combination locks are not tied to one model.
