How do I know a part fits my bike?
Every part carries a fitment code and we check it against a compatibility database before listing it. Filter any collection to your bike, or email a photo of your frame plate to hello@motorhabit.com and we will answer within 24 hours.
How fast do parts ship?
It depends on who makes them, and each product page states its own figure rather than inheriting a store-wide promise. Manufacturer-direct parts run 8 to 13 business days in transit. GUTS Racing seats are cut to order in California, 10 to 20 business days. Heybike, Yozma, Anyland and Macfox stock leaves in 1 to 4.
What does "verified fitment" mean here?
That a human checked it, not that a manufacturer claimed it. Parts we have confirmed carry a verified badge; parts where we are relying on the manufacturer's own model list read "per the manufacturer" instead. Where the source was too vague to state — a listing that says only "fits Surron" — it is flagged rather than sold as a fit.
Which parts should I stock before I need them?
Brake pads and a tube. Pads are a ten-minute swap and wear fastest with throttle-heavy riding; a tube saves a ride. After that, a spare chain and a master link.
What if it does not fit?
Send it back. 14 days to start a return on any part, no restocking fee, uninstalled and in its original packaging with the hardware bag unopened. If our fitment data was wrong, we cover the return shipping too — that one is on us, not you.
