More needle bearings share the load, and grease can split from the bolt and reach both sides evenly. The bolts are custom made with integrated grease Zerks, feeding lubricant directly to the bearings, which is what keeps a highly stressed pivot alive. It is designed to be serviced rather than replaced. It reuses three of the original nuts.
